Anything more I could say would just come from here. This is a really great place to start: TS3 CAS Tutorials. Keep in mind doing things from scratch is also much, much more difficult than pulling an item from the game and adjusting it. I'd avoid TS4 for a while yet, because it's still so new most of the CC is coming from very dedicated(experienced) individuals. ![]() Second, keep the list so that down the road when you do get a virus, or just want to clean up your hard drive, you know exactly what those files are. First, because there are multiple programs that do the same thing, and she may not realize right away that just because the tutorial is done in program x, doesn't mean she can't do it in the program you already have. Then also make your own list of what has been installed for her sims projects. I'd keep a notepad next to the computer, and have her write down everything she wants to download(and what it's for). I don't think she'll run into any devious programs, but clicking the wrong button on a download page happens to the best of us. To address the safety issue, make it clear that you're the one that does the downloading. ![]() Oh man, I remember being so proud of my custom AIM icons as a preteen XD.
